Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
Contact forms
We may collect basic user profile information from our Visitors. Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service. We collect the following additional information from visitors who request information on the website: the names, addresses, phone numbers and email addresses of site visitors requesting information on the website.
What organizations are collecting the information?
In addition to our direct collection of information, our third party service vendor (Google Analytics) may provide such services and collect information from our Site Visitors to improve the user experience. We do not control how these third parties use such information, but we do ask them to disclose how they use personal information provided to them from Visitors.

We use Personally Identifiable Information to customize the Site and to make appropriate service offerings. We may email Visitors about subject matter related to the Site. Personally Identifiable Information collected by C.N.A. ACADEMY is securely stored behind a secure socket layer (SSL) on our server and is not accessible to third parties or employees of C.N.A. ACADEMY except for use as indicated above.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What choices are available to Visitors regarding collection, use and distribution of the information?
Visitors may opt out of receiving unsolicited information from or being contacted by us and/or our vendors and affiliated agencies by responding to emails as instructed, opting out online or by contacting us at info@cna-academy.com.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, have left comments, or have completed contact forms you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. We offer the opportunity to “opt out” of receiving information or being contacted by us or by any agency acting on our behalf. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
